End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee” or “you”) and Sunrise Softlabs (“Licensor,” “we,” “us”) for the use of the Magento extension (“Software”) provided by Sunrise Softlabs.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Sunrise Softlabs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Software on a single Magento installation for one domain or store view, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Permitted Use

You may:

  • Install and use the Software on one live domain and one staging environment.
  • Modify the source code for personal or internal business use only, provided you do not redistribute it.
  • Receive updates and support as per your purchase plan.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease, or otherwise transfer the Software to any third party.
  • Use the Software on more than one production domain without purchasing additional licenses.
  • Share, post, or make the Software publicly accessible.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software for any purpose other than internal debugging.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all associated intellectual property rights, remain with Sunrise Softlabs.

5. Updates and Support

Sunrise Softlabs may provide Software updates and technical support in accordance with your purchased support plan. We are not obligated to provide updates indefinitely or ensure backward compatibility.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate your license immediately if you violate any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Software.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided “AS IS,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Sunrise Softlabs does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or compatible with all Magento versions or third-party extensions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunrise Softlabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Severability

If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings.

By purchasing, installing, or using the Software, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this EULA.
